I would like to introduce myself:
As Interim Manager, I support German companies with their APAC strategies and its implementation in the Asian markets and supporting Japanese companies to formulate their European business strategy and market entrance.
My expertise is in developing, revitalizing and leading organizations to significant growth in challenging business and multicultural environments in the APAC and EMEA regions. My executive management experience encompasses strategic business planning and development, turnarounds and change management as well as relocations of plants.
I am specialized primarily on the EMEA and APAC region with focus on Japan and on medium sized companies in the sector of industrial engineering and process technology.

Asia is the most dynamic economic region in the world, and we all know how complex it is. Especially in this rapidly growing economic area, it is important to have a partner at your side with experience, intuition and the highest level of competence.
I take on projects in difficult situations, get them on track and leave as soon as the project is concluded. The entrepreneurial risk is thus reduced to a minimum.
