Over the course of my 25+ year career I gained  seasoned experiences in optimizing organizations incl. production sites and joint ventures, turning around struggling companies while building, growing and improving profitability, productivity, and bottom line value.


My focus is on Private Equity companies, family owned enterprises and SEMs in the field of Industrial Engineering, and being specialized primarily to the APAC and EMEA regions.
